No decision to sell the reserve has been made yet. The Ōrākei Local Board is looking at possible new uses for the reserve and plans to work with the community on these soon. Please contact your Local Board members if you would like to discuss any ideas you or others in the community might have.

Thank you for your question. The Local Board is working closely with the Mission Bay community to determine the local needs for recreational and community uses for the site. Let us know your ideas for this space by filling out our survey, or contacting the Mission Bay-Kohimarama Residents’ Association.
